What is the difference between a Sticky Proxy and a Rotating Proxy?

Generally speaking, rotating proxies are better suited for intensive workloads because they switch connections from different pools of IP addresses. The main difference between sticky and rotating proxies is that sticky proxies use one IP address per user request, while rotating proxies assign multiple IP addresses to each new request.
